What is Akashic Energy Healing?
The Akashic records are a body of knowledge and account of all that has been, is and ever will be- past, present and future.
After a short guided meditation and visualisation I will access the Records through a simple prayer and mantra . The prayer is a vibrational frequency composed of specific sounds that allow me to access your Akashic records.
As we are connecting to the Akashic records, we also gain access to your guides, and higher self so you will feel incredibly uplifted in seeing your life from their perspective and gain valuable insight into areas such as relationships, career and how to step into your soul purpose and to live your highest potential. Its so helpful when we can feel stuck in a rut of seeing life through the eyes of a squirrel and instead start to gain access to our eagle vision ;)

The Akasha is a Sanskrit word meaning;
Space. Space includes time, they are inextricably bound together. This is important for understanding the "Akashic Records"
Akasha is the Ether element, the most subtle conveyance of creative intelligence in the relative world.
In Akasha, all time is present, past and present are simultaneously included. So anything and everything that has occurred lives within Akasha.
What are the Akashic records?
The Akashic Records are a dimension of consciousness, the ether, that
contains a vibrational record of every soul and its journey. When we access the Akashic records we are connecting to your higher self, masters, teachers and loved ones (all things are one in the Universe anyway!)
This vibrational body of consciousness exists everywhere in
its entirety and is completely available at all times and in all
places. As such, we can gain insight and answers where applicable and appropriate for us to know.

This is how/why we can access the past. As humans we experience it like a residue that is left behind in the ether, a wake created from past life activity, but from the perspective of Brahman (Totality) it's all happening now.
So the Akashic Records is the impression made by the whole expansion and contraction of the fabric of the Universe, held in and accessible through the ether.

Bio
Hi, my name is Stephanie and I have been doing Akashic and Energy healings for many years in Sydney and Los Angeles. Most recently I have also been working remotely with clients based in Asia.
I have trained as an Akashic reader, as a Reiki practitioner (Advanced level) and in energy healing through magnetic visualisation. I believe the Akasha holds valuable information where we can connect with our higher selves, masters, teachers and loved ones to re-connect back with our true essence and to receive clear guidance.
I have also practiced Vedic meditation and have studied the Vedic body of knowledge from ancient India for many years. As the Akasha and the origins of Akashic readings started in India, I have combined both these bodies of knowledge into my practice. When we de-excite our minds through many years of meditation we have greater access to the Unified field of pure consciousness where all solutions exist.
I believe my meditation practice and study has allowed me to be a clear channel for the Akashic records.
My background is also in storytelling (acting, writing and dance) and in teaching pilates and meditation to a variety of corporate clients (including Google, NBC, Viacom, Herbalife, Australian Taxation Office amongst others)
I believe this varied background has helped me to be able to connect with many people from a variety of backgrounds. I love to help people to reconnect with their soul essence, to fulfill their desires and to live a happy fulfilled life.
